On Sunday April 22nd Cam's Kids hosted a free yoga session at the Uxbridge Arena, taught by Michelle Robeson, E-RYT 200, FRCms.
On Sunday April 22nd Cam's Kids hosted a free yoga session at the Uxbridge Arena, taught by Michelle Robeson, E-RYT 200, FRCms. 
Michelle has been practicing yoga since the late 90s, and teaching since 2013. Owner of Radiant Joy Yoga, and self-professed anatomy and movement nerd, Michelle specializes in yoga & holistic movement practices to help clients living with chronic pain, stress, and mild mood imbalances.
The community yoga event was geared towards restoring balance by reconnecting with breath and body. In the 60 minute workshop/class the role of a mindful movement and breath was practiced, in balancing the nervous system. The class was suitable for all experience levels, and was especially beneficial for anyone that was looking to manage stress and/or balance mood.
