"My name is Ryan Martin.  This summer I'll be cycling across Canada to raise money and awareness for mental health - my initiative is called MindCycle. The goal is to share my story and inspire other people dealing with mental health issues to never give up on themselves, start talking about their struggles, and that with the right support, therapy, tools, etc. they can achieve anything they set their sights on. This event is close to home as  I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, and most recently, bipolar disorder for several years now. Let's start being open about mental health to make sure people get the support they need.
