Over the past few months, I have been working on creating a colouring book. Borne out of my mindfulness practice, this book combines some of my favourite (and simplest) activities for de-stressing and relaxation. This book includes colouring pages, journaling pages, simple and healthy recipes, and some of my favourite inspirational messages. It is my hope that this book will help you find a few moments of mindfulness throughout your day. And, while you’re at it, purchasing this book will help me pursue my Olympic dreams. A hard-copy of my book can be purchased either online at my Blurb selling page, or directly through me (contact me by email at <[email protected]> for a hand-delivered hard-copy – a perfect option if I will be seeing you at a race!) for $20CAD. I will also be offering a PDF version for $8 for those of you would like to support me but who don’t want to commit to the full book (still a good option – email me at the same address listed above for the PDF version).
