  1. Always have a warm drink on my desk
  2. Listen to my body. If I don’t take a break or rest when my body is telling me to I’ll feel run down
  3. Have a productive study date! Venture out to a cool coffee shop with a friend or solo
  4. Write example exam questions on sticky notes and post them around the house
  5. Careful on the caffeine! Substitute a coffee for herbal tea, Cacao, or Chaga
  6. Eat healthy! Fuel your mind
  7. Allow for breaks of movements during studying, such as yoga or a run
  8. Study snacks/ treats to keep my mind and body fuelled
  9. Listen to calm music
  10. Rise and grind early; go to bed early
  11. Making time between studying to socialize (we starve socially during exam season)
  12. Essential oils! Stress release, peppermint halo and deep breath are my favourites
  13. Give yourself enough time so you don’t feel stressed for time
  14. Walking around campus to get fresh air, instead of being in the library all day!
  15. Go for a walk with friends
  16. Rewrite notes and colour them of best importance
  17. Don’t pull all-nighters! Your mind absorbs more information if it’s well rested
  18. My favourite relaxation tip for LIFE is to get outside. Even if it’s for 10 minutes!
  19. Take 20 minutes each morning for yourself without distractions (tv, roommates, cell phone) to breathe and be grateful. Set intentions for the day or just to be with your thoughts. Remember to always be kind to yourself. Exams aren’t easy and your best is enough
  20. Follow a schedule to stay on track and allow yourself some down time
  21. Going to sleep and waking up at my normal times
  22. Go for lunch with a friend
  23. Cuddle with my new kitten
  24. Having a schedule, writing to do lists to make sure you are not overworking yourself, getting up early to study all day which leads to having a good sleep!
  25. Take a nap or practice deep breathing
