Let’s face it - nothing makes a warm drink better than a mountain of whipped cream. Traditional whipped cream, especially the stuff you can buy from the store, usually has a lot of extra sugar to get it tasting extra sweet. But, did you know, it’s super easy to make your own low-sugar whipped cream at home?
Step 1. Put your mixing bowl and whisk/whisk attachments in the freezer - cold tools make the best whipped cream!
Step 2. Add the whipped cream, powdered sweetener, and vanilla to your cold bowl.
Step 3. Whip until stiff peaks form, and add to your favourite warm beverage!
Note: Whipped cream doesn’t keep for long, so make sure you eat it within a few days!
