Dr. Leigha Saunders is a naturopathic doctor and the owner and founder of True Roots Healthcare, Uxbridge's first and only dedicated naturopathic clinic. Stephanie Di Grazia is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Educator, Co-Author and Transformation Coach based in Toronto. One of the most passionate and knowledgeable individuals at her craft, Stephanie also holds an honours degree in Psychology from York University. Her interest and experience with holistic health from a young age, as well as her success with Holistic Therapies after struggling with health ailments such as digestive disorders, food sensitivities, body image issues, acne, and anxiety and depression for a number of years, led her to attend the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Stephanie is also the resident Holistic Nutritionist for Therapeutic Solutions physiotherapy clinic, West End Athletic Club and Nanashake Toronto’s Premier Vegan Soft Serve Ice Cream Parlour. Barbara Bates is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. She holds a Master’s Degree of Applied Science in Holistic Nutrition. Barbara has owned and operated innerbalance wellness consulting since 2000 and assists clients in reaching their health, fitness and overall wellness goals. She is also a CancerGuide, EFT expert, BodyCode practitioner, personal trainer, and corporate speaker.
Barbara believes we are designed to be self-healing and her approach is to treat the whole person. She is trained in diagnosing and correcting the underlying root cause of health concerns through diet, nutrition science, specific supplementation, lifestyle, exercise, stress management, energy healing and mind-body medicine. Helen Daymond is a registered psychologist and founder of ACCESS psychology, a multi-disciplinary practice located in Port Perry, Ontario. ACCESS promotes a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on developing healthy minds, bodies and relationships. Helen holds a M.Sc. in Counselling and Educational Psychology, with a specialization in Child Therapy. She has extensive experience providing psychological assessments and treatment to children, adolescents and families, struggling with behavioural, social-emotional, developmental and mental health issues. Helen has over 15 years experience helping children and youth learn strategies to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, build self-esteem and develop social skills.
