12:00 pm – 1:15 pm – Player registration, Buffet Lunch and Practice
1:30 pm – Welcome comments and Shotgun Start
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Cocktail Hour
7:30 pm – 11:00 pm Buffet Dinner, Speeches, Prizing, Music and Dancing
