Once again the Cam's Kids Annual Golf Tournament and Dinner was a beautiful sunny day and a huge success! Over 150 golfers and 40 volunteers came out to the elegant Wooden Sticks Golf Club for a stunning day of golf, entertainment and dinner.

The day started off with golfers being greeted by our incredible team of ambassadors, presenting them with Cam's Kids bags filled with goodies (thanks Mars!), Cam's Kids caps and a brand new pair of Under Armour running shoes. Participants were also treated to a wonderful BBQ lunch along with a free coffee courtesy of our friends at Starbucks.

Poker holes, chipping/putting/driving contests, beat the pro, and the infamous free ice-cream truck kept things exciting as our 37 foursomes made their way through the prestigious 18 hole course.

As the sun began to set, golfers and over 40 members of the community were invited to our evening program filled with live music, live and silent auction, raffle prizes and of course, a delicious buffet dinner. Many laughs were shared as our generous and enthusiastic sponsors battled it out to win our coveted live auction items, including a 2019 Ronix Wakesurf Board and a signed Logan Couture jersey.

The competitive nature continued as raffle tickets were drawn and poker hands were tallied, with the lucky winners going home with some incredible prizes including an UHD 65'' TV, multiple signed jerseys and an associate membership to Wooden Sticks! Ultimately the big W went to Kaelenn Briggs, Mason Marchment, Coby Gardner and Roger Lagace, scoring -14.

We are ecstatic to announce that this year's tournament raised the most yet at over $70,000!! We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all who participated, sponsored, volunteered or kindly donated. We are truly overwhelmed by the kindness and support shown by everyone who came out to honour Cam and support Cam’s Kids Foundation.

We are extremely grateful to all of you who helped us make this event possible. The funds raised will help us continue to grow and reach more youth in our mission of:

"Supporting Young People Struggling with Anxiety"!
