"Change your thoughts and you change your world" -
When I finished my last semester of school I decided to end my Kraft Dinner diet forever and made the conscious decision to develop myself physically and mentally. I have made great progress and have managed to grow my energy levels much higher than ever before.
Eating a way healthier diet combined with meditation and working out became a huge saviour in managing my stress levels in my new job, and every day I continue to see amazing results physically and mentally!
For those struggling with anxiety please understand that one of the toughest parts to overcoming anxiety is stepping up to CHANGE your daily habits. Initially your thoughts may try to rationalize your actions and distract you from achieving any sort of physical or mental progress but if you decide to control your actions and commit to daily habits that keep your mind under control and your body in a healthy condition your thoughts will eventually follow!
