A: Easy to fall off your routine or schedule right now, especially when it comes to things like exercise and sleep. It’s important to remember that there is a difference between schedule and routine. A schedule can be too restrictive for some, making you feel that you need to be productive. If this is too overwhelming, try sticking to a routine: where you try and get up at a reasonable hour everyday, brush your teeth, nourish your body at normal times, etc. Even if you do not need to get up early in the morning, still try and go to bed at a good time. This will help optimize your mental and physical health.
It’s also important to move your body in order to stay healthy and to look after your mental health. This is true regardless of what that movement is. Could be dancing, at-home exercises, walking around the block, etc.
